HONOR Watch X5 Unveiled with Large AMOLED Screen, 120 Sports Modes, and Long Battery Life
HONOR has expanded its wearable lineup in China with the launch of the HONOR Watch X5, introduced alongside the new HONOR 500 series. The smartwatch features a large 1.97-inch AMOLED display offering an 82% screen-to-body ratio, slim 1.8mm bezels, 2.5D curved glass, and a smooth 60Hz refresh rate. It also supports Raise-to-Wake, Always-On Display, and a wide range of customizable watch faces.
The Watch X5 sports an ultra-thin aluminum alloy body, measuring just 9.99mm at its thinnest point and weighing only 29g (without the strap). It includes a single multifunctional button that supports long and short presses along with crown rotation for quick navigation. The liquid silicone strap is soft, skin-friendly, and uses a quick-release mechanism for easy swapping. HONOR claims the smartwatch can last up to 14 days on a typical charge.
Fitness enthusiasts get access to 120 sports modes, backed by 5ATM + IP68 certification for dust and water resistance. The watch also comes equipped with a barometer, compass, and built-in GPS for accurate outdoor tracking across various satellite systems. Other fitness tools include an AI-powered fat reduction program, personalized weight management, real-time voice feedback, professional workout guidance, and even stretching recommendations after a session.
